I use it every night for 30 minutes and the flexibility of my neck is now very good. I could not reach my neck back so I use it every night. Not only that, my daughter, who had been in an accident and was having upper back pain and neck pain, tried mine and loved it so much that now she has her own pillow.

Before I used the product, I woke up every morning with neck pain. And I will tell you that I don't have neck pain anymore. I use the pillow every single night. I put it on automatic so it goes off after 30 minutes.
